More About Me

Inspiration

I understand that a home is both the largest financial investment in your portfolio AND one of the largest investments in your sense of well being. A lifetime of interest and experience in Architecture and Design means a fresh perspective for you in optimizing a house’s potential. Whether readying a property to go on the market, realizing economic gains through remodeling or purchasing a home of your dreams, I am here to help. I am a long time resident of Seattle and I am passionate about exploring and celebrating its various neighborhoods. I embrace every opportunity to share this wonderful city, and continue to learn from it as it grows and develops.

Integrity, Advocacy and Experience

Buying or selling a home is high on the list of most stressful life events. I am here to take the pain out of the process and work with you to achieve your real estate goals through customized communication and an organized approach. Working with Windermere since 2004 has given me the opportunity to constantly hone my skills and broaden my knowledge of the ever-changing market. This gives me a clear advantage over other agents in competitive situations and gives me the knowledge and insight to be the best possible advocate for each of my clients. My core values of curiosity, truth and growth have always informed and impacted how I show up for my clients and my community.

Investment in the Community

Houses are more than just a roof over one’s head. Owning a home means security, pride in ownership, growth and prosperity for families and communities. For this reason I give a portion of my earnings from every transaction to the Windermere Foundation which has given in excess of $53 million to local housing related charities. I also donate monthly to the “Mount Baker Cares Fund,” which helps families in need in our immediate neighborhood. Living in a city with a vibrant art scene is very important to me. You will often find me volunteering at one of Seattle’s theaters, arts organizations and local arts events.
