More About Me

"Space and light and order. Those are the things that men need just as much as they need bread or a place to sleep. " - Le Corbusier

Inspiration

I understand that a home is both the largest financial investment in your portfolio AND one of the largest investments in your sense of well being. A lifetime of interest and experience in Architecture and Design means a fresh perspective for you in optimizing a house's potential, whether readying a home to go on the market or realizing economic gains through remodeling. I am a long time resident of Seattle and I am passionate about exploring and celebrating its various neighborhoods. I embrace every opportunity to share this wonderful city, and continue to learn from it as it grows and develops.

Integrity and Advocacy

Buying or selling a home is high on the list of most stressful life events. I am here to take the pain out of the process and work with you to achieve your real estate goals through customized communication and an organized approach. Working with Windermere has given me the opportunity to constantly hone my skills and broaden my knowledge of the ever-changing market through seminars and weekly meetings. This gives me a clear advantage over other agents in competitive situations and gives me the knowledge and insight to be the best possible advocate for each of my clients.

Investment in the Community

Houses are more than just a roof over one's head. Owning a home means security, pride in ownership, growth and prosperity for families and communities. For this reason I give a portion of my earnings from every transaction to the Windermere Foundation which has given in excess of $14 million to local housing related charities. I also donate monthly to the "Mount Baker Cares Fund," which helps families in need in our immediate neighborhood.
